Tanya's journey in education began in 2009 as a Trainer and assessor, progressing through various pivotal roles such as Facilitator team leader, Academic coordinator, Quality manager, Compliance manager, and RTO manager. With over a decade of experience in the education industry, Tanya, the CEO and founder of Key Education Advisors, brings a wealth of expertise and a strong dedication to quality and compliance. Her passion for working with international students and clients highlights her commitment to fostering transformative educational pathways. As the head of Key Education Advisors, Tanya leads a team dedicated to providing expert guidance and support to students and clients seeking to study in Australia. Nattanitcha (Nicha) holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and is currently pursuing a second Bachelor’s degree in Law. She has a strong foundation in data analysis, document management, and fundamental legal principles, which support her effectiveness in business and corporate communication environments.

She brings over 10 years of experience in freelance marketing roles, including MC, Brand Ambassador (BA), and Product Consultant (PC). Her expertise lies in product presentation, brand communication, and enhancing brand image, along with building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

She later transitioned into the real estate industry, where she has been actively involved in sales, client consultation, coordination, and delivering end-to-end customer service—from pre-sales engagement through to post-sales support.

With a diverse professional background, she demonstrates strong capabilities in strategic communication, negotiation, and relationship management. She is highly adaptable, responsible, and works effectively both independently and as part of a team.

In her spare time, she enjoys café hopping and exploring new lifestyle spaces, reflecting her interest in branding, customer experience, and emerging market trends. As a naturally outgoing and socially engaging individual, she thrives on meeting new people and building meaningful connections—an attribute that strongly complements her work in marketing and public relations.

She's a wizard at social media management and content writing, displaying a genuine passion for engaging with students and clients worldwide through innovative approaches. Known for her bubbly and outgoing personality, Annie is dedicated to fostering valuable relationships with our clients and partners.

Aemmie is a dedicated and versatile professional with a strong background in customer service and IT support. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Hotel and Tourism. Following her first degree, Aemmie worked in customer service before transitioning to IT support and IT program support, where she has accumulated 11 years of experience.

Known for her friendly demeanor and professional attitude, Aemmie is passionate about education and lifelong learning. She is currently pursuing her second degree, a Bachelor of Laws, which she is set to complete at the end of this year.

In addition to her professional pursuits, Aemmie is an avid foodie and loves to travel, always eager to explore new cultures and cuisines. Her enthusiasm for learning and her commitment to providing excellent service make her a valuable member of the Key Education Advisors team.
